Culinary Playground- Summer Cooking Camp of SSCA is a non- residential summer cooking camp offering two week sessions where kids learn a variety of cooking skills in a fun atmosphere with other kids who like to cook.

Culinary Summer Camp

This unique culinary summer camp offers beginner workshop for the age group from 12-18 year olds. This camp is great for all kids, either wanting to learn the basics or fine tune their culinary skills.

Each day is a new culinary adventure with learning of different type of cuisines or knife skills. Many different levels of Cake Decorating and Pastry are also on the culinary camp menu. Stocks, Soups and Sauces, European, Indian and Fast foods are also taught. Ethnic cuisine and terminology are part of the fun here at the Culinary Playground- Summer Cooking Camp of SSCA, Pune.

Kids learn baking skills, pastries, and cake decorating. Students will receive all the necessary chef equipment to decorate all kinds of cakes. Also on the menu are Pies, Cookies and Desserts including Crème Brûlée, Baked Alaska, Chocolate Mousse and a Death by Chocolate Trifle with Strawberries.

Located at the picturesque Symbiosis University Lavale campus, this unique one of a kind summer culinary camp offers not only cooking instructions but also dining and food etiquettes for kids.

It is easy to enroll and you can avail the free pick and drop facility from our Senapati Bapat Road Campus every day. Tentative Dates: 1^st Batch from 16^th April to 28^th April 2018 (maximum 20 Kids per Batch)

Tentative Dates: 2^nd Batch from 30^th April to 12^th May 2018 (maximum 20 Kids per Batch)

Tentative Dates: 3^rd Batch from 14^th May to 26^th May 2018 (maximum 20 Kids per Batch)

Timings: 10 am to 4 pm 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
