This program is for those who would simply like to learn the skills required to bake well. Come and bake your own goodies at the classy bakery.

Who is it for?

Anyone with a keen interest in food and loves to bake!


What courses can I do after this?

On successful completion of 6 weekend classesblock, you may progress on to the Diploma in Bakery and Patisserie skills that offer.


To do this course you should have...

No prior Patisserie, Bakery or Confectionery experience is needed as your skills will develop over the period of the three terms. All we ask is that you are committed to the course.



Program Details

Hands on bakery and patisserie class (2-4 recipes)
Lunch with soft beverages
Snack with fruit juices during the lesson
1 Chef Instructor (Multi lingual)
SymbiChef apron
SymbiChef written recipes in English

Location: Culinary Labs, SSCA, Hill base, SIU Campus, Lavale, Pune
Venue: Foundation Kitchen Lab
Starting Time: 2:00 pm every Saturday
Duration: approx. 3 hours
Number of Participants: maximum 15-20
