Method:
- Wash and rough chop coriander, mint, add ginger, garlic, salt, green chili, pinch of sugar and make a paste of the same, in a mixing bowl take this paste and whisk in curd into it.
- Tip 1- While grinding use ice cold water for retaining the green colour.
- Tip 2- Whisk the curd to a smooth texture before adding it to the chutney.
