Green Chutney

Ingredients Quantity
Ginger 15 gms
Mint leaves 20 gms
Coriander leaves 20 gms
Garlic 10 gms
Black Salt 5 gms
Sugar 10 gms
Curd 20 gms
Lemon 10 ml

Method:

  1. Wash and rough chop coriander, mint, add ginger, garlic, salt, green chili, pinch of sugar and make a paste of the same, in a mixing bowl take this paste and whisk in curd into it.
  2. Tip 1- While grinding use ice cold water for retaining the green colour.
  3. Tip 2- Whisk the curd to a smooth texture before adding it to the chutney.
